Desert Edge Brewery is located in the upper level of historic Trolley Square. We specialize in hand-crafted beers (on site) and handmade pub-style food and have been around for over 30 years now. We offer indoor and outdoor seating, Tavern (21 and older beer license) dining, bar seating, and a Family dining area (all ages liquor license.) Only in Utah do we need to clarify that, right?!?! Trolley Square is currently undergoing renovations. We will be open throughout this time. The new double level parking structure located on the west side of Trolley Square (600 E.) is now open with lots of great parking. Also, there is parking located on the south side of Trolley Square (600S.) across the pedestrian bridge with elevator access at both parking options. And, Trolley Square is offering FREE valet parking which is located in the front of the mall (700 E.) under the water tower.
